A Corporate Photoshoot can be as simple as internal headshots for staff or as complex as a public relations shoot for directors. Whatever the purpose, our experienced team will help you define objectives and make the day a success.

The number of staff headshots that can be completed in a day is dependent on two things:
1. How much space is available/how many studios can be set up?
2. How much time you want us to spend with each member of staff?
Getting everyone done in a day sometimes isn’t the best option. It can be difficult for staff to arrange their diaries to all get in on the same day. And now with many companies embracing hybrid working, there sometimes isn’t the space to accommodate everyone on one day. Splitting the project over two or three days means you are more likely to get 100% of the team.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR STAFF HEADSHOTS?
Our team of assistants, retouchers and operations staff look to get the first images back to you within a couple of days.
Our standard package includes retouching – tidying up loose hair, removing any temporary rashes – which may mean that final images may not be with you until a week or so after the event. Speak to one of our team who can help you with your project.

DO WE NEED A MAKE UP ARTIST FOR OUR STAFF HEADSHOTS?
A make up artist will make all the difference to your final images. We cannot guarantee that the weather won’t play havoc with hair. And some staff will be getting their headshots done whilst rushing between meetings.
Five minutes with a make up artist will make all the difference. It provides a moment of calm. Where staff can prepare for their shoot. And people know that their grooming is perfect before going on set. It gives them confidence – and the confidence shines through their eyes!

We know that despite meticulous planning not everyone may get to the Corporate Headshot day. It’s why we often offer Free Headshots at our Central London Studio for colleagues who may miss the main event.
And we document your shoot so that new starters can come to the studio to get their headshot taken before they join the company!

A: Yes, we have several clients in the city, UK and Europe where we can either set up a mobile studio or bring equipment to light office environment/documentary style headshot photography. Our professional lighting equipment and tethered capture can be set up in a board room, smaller meeting room or at a pinch – a corridor.

Normally we use tethered capture which enables us to get headshots to you within hours of the shoot finishing (it’s where our Fashion Week experience helps!). Everyone has their own folder to look at their images and select for retouch. Post-production and file preparation will take a little longer based on the number of staff. But you should get your final images within five working days of letting us know which images you want.
Of course. We provide all final images in a number of formats – Black and White and colour, optimised for web, print and social media (LinkedIn).
