CEO & Public Relations Photoshoot – The Business Case

Today’s business leaders need a variety of images to support their organisation. Investor relations, company reports, articles and conferences all need high quality images that support key messages.

A library of images: the competitive advantage.

Rapid Response: Business publications need timely copy – now. A library of PR images means that your corporate communications team can respond to request for images before your competition.

Supporting Communication: Headshots are great for simple messages. But often organisations communications are complex and nuanced. Carefully crafted portraits support complicated narratives.

Empowering your team: PR libraries enable corporate communication teams and EAs to respond to requests. Keeping you focussed on strategic direction.

We are image consultants:

Our images have been published in Forbes, Vogue, the FT, Telegraph, Times and many Industry Magazines. We translate complex messages into visual narratives, producing images that support your business objectives.

Prior to any shoot we:

  • Research your brand, working with your agencies and marketing department.
  • Advise on location, styling and props.
  • Produce mood boards.
  • Create shot-lists, preparation guides and timings.
  • Set up the shoot prior to executives’ arrival – making optimum use of time available.

Images Delivered

Our studio is near Blackfriars in the City of London, we have a variety of iconic London buildings to add presence and narrative to your images. The studio is well equipped, providing you with options, for stylish studio, natural light office and documentary street images. Alternatively we often work at your own offices.

At pre-shoot meetings we prepare Mood Boards, shot lists and branding statements based on your Corporate Communication and Marketing team’s brief, once agreed and finalised, the documents are updated and shared with all involved. This makes sure you get the assets you need.

Your Creative, Marketing and Communications teams are welcome on set. They can watch the images as they are taken and direct/provide guidance where necessary. We will provide a Make Up Artist/Stylist throughout the shoot, ensuring grooming is perfect – we can even perfect the difficult to achieve, relaxed ‘Brad Pitt tousle’.

Around 200 images will be taken of which we will supply your teams the best 100 for final selection. The images are then retouched and post processed: colour graded to your Brand Guidelines where appropriate and Delivered in both Monochrome, Colour, optimised for web, print and social media.

Britain is a rock in the middle of the Atlantic; our weather is unpredictable. A Make Up Artist will make sure your grooming is perfect and remains perfect throughout the shoot. They will also help you with hair styling, clothing and colour choices. A make up artist is invaluable – after all, your headshot is your fortune.

AI works by sampling many millions of images across the internet and averaging them out. It means that any image you give AI to work on will be adjusted to an ‘average’ look. This can be useful if you do not want to make a unique impression. Most of our clients do wish to stand out from the crowd – they are in competitive industries.

It is down to narrative – what do you wish to communicate to your audience? All our photographers are degree qualified, they will discuss with you your industry, company culture and what your key messages are. They will guide you through your options to create headshots that work for you.
